Job Summary
Develop the Product Roadmap and backlog, defining Epics and Features while prioritizing Run, Maintain, and Grow initiatives. Set and own Product Vision, align stakeholders, and propose timelines for implementation. Manage multiple teams of Product Owners, coaching them on goals, performance expectations, and continuous improvement. Drive MMP/MVP/Increment definition, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and facilitate Feature Definition workshops. Ensure all data within delivery tools is accurate and complete, reporting progress against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and investment levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Product Development, Product Owner, or Product Manager role
- Minimum 3 years' management experience
Desired Qualifications
- PSPO III or CSP-PO and PAL1 or CAL1
- Strong experience with retail or business financial services
- Experience building high performing teams
- Strong experience with user-centered design and usability
