Job Summary
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for SpringVerify, from discovery to delivery, while building and executing a customer-centric roadmap aligned with business goals. Partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver seamless background verification experiences and integrations with HR platforms. Deep dive into customer pain points, conduct user research, and analyze data to inform product decisions, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and privacy laws like GDPR and FCRA. Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate quickly based on insights and feedback to solve real-world hiring and compliance challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or Compliance-driven SaaS experience
- Deep understanding of HR workflows and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, onboarding platforms)
- Familiarity with background verification flows (ID checks, employment history, education, criminal checks, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience working in Agile product teams with a track record of successful launches
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
