Job Summary
Product Manager Spine Surgery to own the robotics, mixed reality and instruments portfolio in image-guided spine surgery. Responsibilities include sales enablement and training, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, strategic prioritization, lifecycle management, sales support and product advocacy, performance monitoring, strategic marketing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and clinical teams. Requires 3+ years in Product Management in healthcare or related high-tech fields; Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred); English and German proficiency; based in Munich with up to 20% travel; hybrid work model within Germany.
