Job Summary
Manages the full lifecycle of a digital product: defining features and requirements, planning and leading development and implementation, and driving improvements to the client experience. Collaborates with small cross-functional teams to adopt best practices, coaches digital product teams, ensures effective messaging and customer outreach, and partners with stakeholders to quickly resolve production and implementation issues. Leads planning and execution of a new digital product, analyzes markets, and employs qualitative and quantitative methods to continuously improve user experience. Participates in ongoing business planning and prioritization, and contributes to special projects as needed. Requires at least three years of related experience, with preference for project management experience, in the Financial Services domain; undergraduate degree or equivalent. Hybrid work model is in place at Vanguard.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years related work experience
- Two years of managing a project preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
