Job Summary
Oversee and direct Product Management for Flowserve's Specialty Ball and Plug Valve portfolios. Set product strategy and roadmaps aligned with global objectives, drive commercialization, and ensure VOC-driven alignment with market needs. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Operations, and Engineering, develop time-bound plans, and manage financials and ROI analyses. Travel 25-40% to engage customers and support global rollout, including localization of supply chain and manufacturing. Provide input for marketing literature, pricing, and regional sales support, and maintain strong technical relationships with customers to deepen product understanding and application.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- minimum 5 years of experience ideally in Product Management, Operations, Sales or Project Management
- Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills
- Travel willingness (25-40%)
- Technical expertise on valves and actuators is a plus
- Experience in global product management and commercialization
