Product Manager & Solutions Consultant

Job Summary
Define the long-term product roadmap with executive buy-in and maintain prioritization in Jira. Partner with sales to lead discovery sessions and build ROI arguments tied to PUE and OpEx savings. Manage deployments across on-prem and cloud environments while interfacing with DCIM, BMS, and workload scheduling layers. Lead voice-of-the-customer efforts and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and data science teams to remove roadblocks and ensure high-quality delivery. Act as the face of PADO to clients and deploy as a forward-facing PM/engineer when necessary. Track KPIs such as adoption and revenue to inform future iterations. Work within a pioneering venture backed by LG NOVA to address critical energy challenges in the data center industry.
Required Qualifications
- 4–10+ years of experience in product management
- experience in product management, particularly with complex technical data products
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (servers, UPS, cooling), power systems (three-phase power, redundancy), or AI/ML frameworks
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch using product management frameworks and Agile practices
- Ability to use data and experimentation (such as A/B testing) to drive product adoption and business decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- ability to articulate technical concepts to both engineers and C-suite stakeholders
- A curiosity-driven 'builder' mentality with comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders without direct authority
