Job Summary
Oversee the product lifecycle for Singtel's Managed Services portfolio (SD-WAN and SSE), including roadmap, pricing, positioning, and product P&L. Drive AI-Ops and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational resilience of the end-to-end SD-WAN service. Develop product policies and comprehensive documentation, collaborate with OSS/BSS teams, and work with key vendors to enable Day 1 deployment and Day 2 operations. Enable the sales team to upsell services and support RFP/RFQ processes, while ensuring requirements are well-supported and integrated into systems. Maintain market relevance through features, capabilities, benchmarking, and pricing strategies, and stay aligned with technology trends and enterprise customer needs. Must have strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
