Job Summary
The Product Manager will lead across Sift’s product portfolio, partnering with engineering, product, sales, and marketing to ship high-impact features. Responsibilities include owning multiple product initiatives and roadmaps, articulating the 'why' and 'what' through data, market research, and customer insight; serving as the voice of the customer through discovery, beta programs, and ensuring customer perspectives shape product decisions; crafting clear specifications, tickets, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering; collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to position and drive adoption of new features; inspiring cross-functional teams and contributing to portfolio strategy and market opportunities. The role requires translating customer insights and business requirements into concrete product features, maintaining close alignment with engineers, data scientists, and designers, and communicating effectively with executives and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in fraud prevention, trust & safety, fintech, or adjacent domains
- Proven ability to own multiple products or workstreams simultaneously
- Strong track record of converting customer insights and business requirements into successful product features
- Experience working closely with engineers, data scientists, and designers—comfortable in technical conversations
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive GTM execution, launch, and adoption
- Excellent communication skills—present strategy to the C-suite, write tight product specs, run customer interviews
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and customer feedback to inform decisions
- Bonus Points: experience in fraud prevention, identity, or payments; familiarity with machine learning concepts; enterprise customer-facing work
