Job Summary
Product Manager at SIA responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle of enterprise AI-enabled solutions. Define product vision and roadmap, lead discovery with internal users and client stakeholders, analyze market and competition, own requirements and backlog, prioritize decisions based on customer value and ROI, and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, delivery, security, and compliance. Drive AI feature requirements, partner with MLOps for integration and deployment readiness, ensure privacy and responsible AI guardrails, communicate status to leadership and clients, establish KPIs/OKRs, and support launch, adoption, and enablement with sales, marketing, and customer success. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years in enterprise/B2B product management with AI/data-intensive exposure; CSPO/PSPO/ PMI-ACP/PMP certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years in product management for enterprise or B2B software, with hands on exposure to AI enabled or data intensive products
