Job Summary

Senior Product Manager for ServiceTrade Inspections owns the product roadmap and delivery for the Inspections platform, collaborates with Sales, Customer Experience, Support, Implementation, Marketing, and Leadership, and drives cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and deliver value. You will define and communicate the roadmap, establish success metrics, manage the backlog, triage customer escalations, translate feedback into requirements, and oversee technical integration and release coordination with Joyfill. The role emphasizes strategic direction, executive-level communication, and hands-on involvement in critical incidents and product operations, with a focus on B2B SaaS for field service, compliance, and inspection workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • senior or lead PM experience
  • customer escalation experience
  • technical depth with integrations and APIs
  • cross-functional influence with Engineering, CX, Support, Design, Marketing
  • crisis judgment and production-incident management
  • stakeholder communication and roadmap presenting to non-technical audiences
  • defining success metrics and instrumenting features for adoption and business impact
