Job Summary
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for how guests discover, book, and enjoy services, from the first impression to the moment the chef arrives. Ship and iterate fast by prototyping with engineering and design to build, launch experiments, and decide what to double down on. Live in the data by defining metrics like conversion, attach rate, and guest satisfaction to identify drop-offs and opportunities. Obsess over the guest by talking to users, reading reviews, and taking bookings yourself to bring unfiltered feedback into prioritization. Balance both sides of the marketplace by partnering with supply and operations teams to ensure sustainability for hosts while delighting guests. Drive clarity across orgs by aligning engineering, design, marketing, ops, legal, and leadership with a clear strategy. This role builds an entirely new business line from zero to one, partnering with teams to grow new categories from first bookings into thriving marketplaces.
