Job Summary
Product Manager Senior, Vice President - Deposits Innovation leads the end-to-end exploration and development of next-generation banking concepts, translating customer insights and market signals into high-impact product opportunities. Drives cross-functional alignment, designs pilots and proofs-of-concept, builds business cases, and mentors team members to deliver strategic, measurable outcomes within a highly regulated banking environment. Responsibilities include developing deep expertise in target customer segments, translating strategy into product constructs, communicating progress to executives, and partnering with product managers and designers to bring innovations from exploration to scale.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, innovation, or closely related roles in technology-driven organizations
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear hypotheses, requirements, and action plans; fluency in discovery methods, experimentation design, and test analysis
- Demonstrated success taking concepts from exploration through pilot and into scale decisions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs, building business cases, and interpreting customer, product, and financial data; comfort partnering with analytics and data science teams
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; adept at influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment; experience steering investment decisions across a portfolio of initiatives
- High bias to action and ownership; demonstrates sound judgment, prioritization discipline, and the ability to navigate complexity and deliver results at pace
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong preference for big tech or fintech experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field a plus
