Job Summary
Own and communicate complex, strategic reporting to determine impacts of pricing actions for deposit products (primarily CDs) and conduct competitor analysis. Build expertise on competitors’ deposit pricing changes and broader economic trends influencing strategy. Analyze internal data and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve deposit products and profitability, and clearly present insights to senior leadership. Collaborate with analytics, treasury, finance, field, marketing, risk, and product partners to drive pricing strategy and product decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product, finance, treasury, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a business related field
- Proven ability to drive complex strategic initiatives end to end
- Demonstrate confidence and passion in developing strategies using a wide variety of data inputs and securing buy-in from stakeholders
