Job Summary
Product Manager / Senior Product Manager for Cardiothoracic Surgery based in Naples, FL. Drive new product development from concept through production, define customer and market requirements, develop competitive analyses and pricing strategies, coordinate product introductions and market launches with sales and marketing, and provide field support for offsite surgical cases. Identify third-party partnering opportunities to expand the product line and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and operations. Requires experience with cardiothoracic medical devices, comfort with cadaver specimens in a lab or surgical setting, and the ability to present to surgeons, internal teams, and commercial partners; role is on-site in Naples with 25% travel.
