Job Summary
Review and modify existing products to maximize profitability and meet customer needs while overseeing all tasks associated with new product development. Work with business units to introduce and sell products on an ongoing basis, develop and oversee the production of marketing materials and direct mail, and evaluate products to recommend changes in strategy. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related experience, with a preference for a Master's Degree in Digital Product Management. The position is Exempt, based in an office environment where certain roles may offer flexible work arrangements combining in-office and remote options.
