Product Manager - Senior

Define product vision and roadmap priorities aligning with customer needs and business goals. Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform requirements and solution development. Translate needs into prioritized backlogs with user stories, defects, and acceptance criteria. Accept completed stories, validate acceptance tests, and support user acceptance testing to ensure quality standards before release. Partner with the Scrum Master to drive continuous improvement and participate in synchronization ceremonies and retrospectives. Oversee team performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRs while collaborating with stakeholders to define success metrics. Manage financial aspects of the product, including planning and management, and ensure compliance with InfoSec, legal, and data privacy standards through documentation and review processes.
