Focus areas include Kubernetes/Helm deployments, container services, bare-metal, air-gapped environments, and on-premises requirements, with enterprise-grade configuration scenarios. Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, customer success, and documentation to reduce deployment friction and ensure the self-managed product line is enterprise-ready, easy to adopt, and scalable. Define market-driven vision and requirements, manage feedback from community, customers, partners, and internal teams, prioritize feature requests, and keep the team aligned to epics; assess demand, market differentiation, and competitive landscape in coordination with Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and field teams.
