Job Summary
Own the full product lifecycle for assigned features, translating ambiguous problems into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Engage directly with customers and prospects to uncover real needs, validate solutions, and continuously refine the product. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, intelligence, analytics, AI, and field teams to ensure product decisions are grounded in platform capabilities and customer outcomes. Align roadmap priorities with Product Leadership while shaping feature-level direction, specifically focusing on on-prem deployments. Support go-to-market efforts through competitive analysis, sales enablement, and customer-facing documentation. Contribute to Anomali's evolving AI roadmap, helping define how autonomous workflows and agentic capabilities are incorporated into the platform. This horizontal, cross-functional role requires strong alignment with company direction and the ability to translate strategy into clear, practical execution across the security operations stack.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in a technical or product-adjacent role such as engineering, TPM, or solutions architecture with relevant technologies including on-prem deployments, hardware, clustering and Linux based OS
- Experience with cybersecurity or data analytics product management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into structured requirements with clear acceptance criteria
- Comfort working across technical and business audiences; you can collaborate deeply with engineers and communicate effectively with senior security leaders, including CISOs
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment, taking strategic direction from Product Leadership while owning execution at the feature and product-area level
- Familiarity with agile development practices and modern PM tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear, direct, and accountable in how you work
- Ownership mindset, bias for action, and a track record of following through
- Fundamental capabilities with AI and curiosity around how it is reshaping security operations
- This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. The successful candidate must not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship to work in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, MBA or other relevant advanced education or certifications
- Exposure to cybersecurity, security operations, or adjacent domains such as threat intelligence, SIEM, SOAR, or EDR
- Experience building SaaS platforms, data products, analytics systems, or AI/ML-driven applications
- Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with the broader security data and tooling ecosystem
- You do not need deep security experience on day one, but you should be excited to ramp quickly in the domain
- For candidates in the Bay area (preferred), this position is onsite/hybrid at our Redwood City, CA office. Currently, the team is working a hybrid schedule: Mon/Tue/Wed onsite and Thu/Fri remote. We will also consider remote candidates located within the United States.
