Job Summary
Own the roadmap and outcomes for Recipes, Assays, and Workflows products, deciding what gets built, why, and in what order. Spend time with customers and GTM teams to understand how scientists actually work, then translate their needs into product direction. Collaborate with design, engineering, and GTM to guide decisions, validate ideas early, and enable customer experience teams on shipped features. Leverage tools like SQL, AI, and developer environments to pull data, build prototypes, or summarize discovery notes to move fast. Implement Bioprocess for process development teams and expand into Analytical Sciences and downstream QC, helping biopharmas bring therapies to patients faster.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of product management or equivalent experience
- A diverse career history
- Experience across 2-3+ meaningfully different domains or product types
- Product taste
- Architectural fluency
- Technical tool competency
- Clear communication
- Track record of outcomes
- Intellectual range
- Employees are expected to be on-site 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
