Job Summary
Product Manager responsible for the complete product lifecycle in Global Tools & Storage; collaborate with Engineers and Industrial Designers to design and execute innovative consumer products; lead market and user research, drive pricing, margins, quality, and delivery; coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, purchasing, sales, quality, and engineering; contribute to Roadmap and milestones within a global, multi-country context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree: Business Management, Industrial Engineering/Design
- At least 5 years experience in product management
- Consumer products experience
- Understanding of the global market
- Knowledge of big chain retail or other large customers
- Experience conducting consumer research and user thinking
- Ability to coordinate multiple global projects
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team
- Fluent English
- Presentation and communication skills
- Project management and analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills
