Job Summary
Partner with founders to define product vision, strategy, and actionable roadmaps while translating customer needs into specifications and PRDs. Build planning systems, manage release priorities, and own execution of OKRs across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. Conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and run experiments to validate ideas and reduce risk before scaling. Define and track success metrics including adoption, engagement, and conversion to guide iterative improvements. Requires 3 to 5+ years of end-to-end product ownership in a marketplace or SaaS environment with strong analytical skills for prioritization. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 CAD with an annual cash bonus tied to company growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of Product Management experience with clear demonstration of end-to-end product ownership and measurable impact
- Experience managing and shipping digital products in a SaaS, marketplace, consumer technology, e-commerce, platform, or other technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to take product initiatives from discovery and definition through development, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Experience turning customer insights and business needs into clear requirements and specifications for engineering and design teams
- Experience defining and owning product metrics, KPIs, or OKRs and using them to evaluate product performance
- Hands-on experience using product analytics, behavioral data, experimentation, or similar methods to influence product decisions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, diagnose product problems, and make informed prioritization decisions
- Experience conducting customer discovery and incorporating qualitative and quantitative insights into product strategy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roadmap priorities and cross-functional dependencies
- Comfortable working directly with engineering and design teams and taking accountability for execution
- Skilled at balancing strategic product thinking with hands-on day-to-day execution
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with high autonomy and evolving priorities
