Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager role focused on leading growth for Samsung Philippines Home Appliances in the Philippines. Responsible for end-to-end GTM planning, product launches, pricing and profitability, market insights, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, and Operations, and regional HQ alignment. Drive value propositions and messaging for Filipino consumers, develop marketing collaterals and campaigns, oversee brand activations, and manage projects from ideation to reporting. Requires extensive experience in product marketing/brand management, strong analytical and storytelling capabilities, and on-site work at the Taguig location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product marketing or brand management (consumer electronics, automotive, or FMCG preferred)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in product launches and campaigns driving sales growth
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for engaging presentations
- Ability to manage stakeholders and derive insights from data
- Willingness to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig
