Job Summary
Lead product discovery through customer research and analytics to define strategy for modernizing enterprise platforms and launching AI-powered products. Own the full product journey from vision through delivery, partnering with engineering, design, and AI specialists to translate complex business challenges into measurable outcomes. Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery risk while navigating ambiguity across distributed, multidisciplinary teams. Champion responsible AI by evaluating tradeoffs in scalability, privacy, and security, and leverage AI tools to improve internal workflows. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to guide discovery workshops and executive reviews, ensuring alignment on prioritization and success metrics. This collaborative, customer-facing role supports Fortune 500 clients and startups in building products that drive real impact.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex digital products from discovery through launch and continuous optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise software, data-driven products, or AI-enabled solutions
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients to define product strategy, facilitate discovery, manage priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities where AI, analytics, and automation can create customer and business value
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including large language models, generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation, and their practical applications in digital products
- Strong product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using customer research, product analytics, and experimentation to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience working in Agile product environments with distributed, multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms, customer portals, operational platforms, workflow automation solutions, or data and AI driven products
- Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, Digital Health, Analytics or Enterprise Operations
- Experience delivering AI powered capabilities such as conversational experiences, copilots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, document intelligence, or intelligent automation
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), AI evaluation techniques, and responsible AI practices
- Experience working within a consulting, digital product agency, or professional services organization
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
