Job Summary
Product Manager for Robotic Surgery and Digital Technologies (ANZ) responsible for product management and marketing of RST & DT portfolios in Australia and New Zealand. Lead development of ANZ marketing plans, execute growth strategies, collaborate with Core Surgical product management peers, manage new product launches (market potential, forecasting, stock readiness, pricing), spend at least 20% in-field with Technical Consultants and key account customers, create sales tools and marketing collateral, drive digital marketing initiatives (social media, email, online advertising), analyze data to optimize marketing efforts, and drive lifecycle optimization and cross-functional collaboration across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management and marketing, within the medical device or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration strategies
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on relationship building
