Job Summary
Own the 12-month prioritized product roadmap and associated feature-level backlog, aligning the team around high-value business outcomes. Establish department processes, enforce best practices, and ensure team members have necessary tools to execute assigned deliverables. Apply AI-assisted tools and techniques across the Software Development Lifecycle to improve product quality and speed to value, leading AI-informed discovery and experimentation. Document requirements as user stories, validate engineering artifacts, and serve as the product owner for the scrum team to plan work and resolve in-sprint issues. Partner with stakeholders across marketing, operations, and engineering to align on strategic roadmaps and deliver compliant, innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management, including owning a product roadmap and driving Agile processes
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a high attention to detail
- Business acumen to identify opportunities, facilitate strategic planning, and use data and storytelling to influence
- Ability to balance short term needs with long-term strategy
- Strong relationship building skills, including an ability to influence stakeholders and scrum team members
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization
- Experience overseeing all or some phases of the product development lifecycle
- Experience working in agile methodologies and working on an agile team
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Risk Management experience strongly preferred
