Job Summary
Support product strategy by defining goals and priorities aligned with our mission to reshape the rental landscape in Saudi Arabia. Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to guide product decisions, while maintaining a clear backlog and contributing to sprint planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to ship new features, ensure smooth launches through QA and rollout planning, and track performance via analytics and KPI monitoring. This role involves working within a diverse, international team in Riyadh to drive innovation in the PropTech sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably a BNPL, Prop-tech, fintech, or tech startup
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- User-focused mindset with attention to detail and a desire to build great experiences
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, Notion, or Confluence
