Job Summary
Product Manager to lead Xendit's risk product suite, owning the roadmap and execution for merchant onboarding, transaction fraud prevention, and credit risk models. You will lead a dedicated risk engineering and data science squad to build scalable infrastructure that minimizes financial loss while providing a seamless experience for merchants and buyers across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include roadmap execution for risk infrastructure, fraud prevention via real-time risk engines, seamless onboarding with KYC/KYB workflows, and credit risk management for lending and settlement risk; collaborating with data scientists and stakeholders to translate metrics into product decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within Fintech, Payments, or Risk domains
- Solid understanding of at least one of: Payments fraud prevention and transaction monitoring; Merchant onboarding and digital identity verification (KYC/KYB); Credit risk assessment, lending models, and merchant settlement risk
- Experience working with data scientists, complex APIs, and rule engines; exposure to build-vs-buy vendor evaluations is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex metrics into product decisions and clearly communicate technical risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
