Product Manager, Revenue Engineering

Job Summary
Own and drive Relay's new Revenue Engineering product area, accelerating the revenue flywheel by building systems that turn revenue strategy into transact-able experiences. Lead Product-Led Growth initiatives, enabling self-serve acquisition and in-product expansion, and establish Revenue Intelligence as a unified, authoritative revenue view across Finance and departments. Define and own the full revenue chain (order entry, Cirrus, HQ revenue and billing surfaces, and data handoffs to NetSuite). Build customer-facing self-serve for new-logo and existing-customer expansion; partner with analytics to encode finance- and department-authored metric definitions into tools served through Claude and other interfaces. Collaborate with engineering and revenue teams to automate routine revenue workflows, operationalize merchandising and pricing, and ship measurable outcomes that accelerate ARR. Report to the SVP of Product & Strategy and work closely with engineering, sales, finance, and customer-facing teams. Qualifications emphasize judgment, trajectory, and fit rather than a fixed resume, with a preference for experience in PLG/self-serve growth, revenue operations platforms, and enterprise software. The role is fully onsite at Relay's Raleigh, NC headquarters.
