Product Manager, Revenue Cycle

Job Summary
Own the revenue-cycle product across markets (Australia, UK, US): define what to build and sequence roadmaps for the clinical coding engine, coder seat, and EHR connections; lead on-site deployments at health systems, observe coder queues, and design pilots with measurable ROI; establish end-to-end ROI narratives and pricing/value proof points for enterprise deals; define coding accuracy metrics, evaluation infrastructure, and human-in-the-loop decisions; shape CDI prompts, documentation prompts, and upstream clinician workflows to improve codability; collaborate with engineering on mapping, orchestration, and accuracy framework; own commercial posture and cross-functional alignments with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering; participate in weekly touchpoints with stakeholders to ensure deployments meet throughput and accuracy targets. This role is based in San Francisco, with on-site interaction in hospital coding rooms and healthcare facilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years shipping product in healthcare
- Working fluency in revenue cycle: ICD-10, DRG assignment, HCC capture, E&M levelling
- ROI-first thinking
- Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation)
- Passion for AI, demonstrated through hands-on building or side projects
- Data fluency with diagnostic metrics: coding accuracy
- Strong opinions, weakly held; ability to persuade and influence
- Ability to operate effectively in early-stage ambiguity
- Romantic streak about software and a belief that great design can transform users’ day-to-day
