Job Summary
Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous optimization for client-facing payment performance tools. Develop a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic objectives, translating business goals into detailed PRDs, epics, and user stories for Engineering. Conduct customer research, analyze payment data, and prioritize backlogs using value, impact, and feasibility. Partner with Engineering, Design, and commercial teams to deliver features on time, while leveraging AI tools like Claude to accelerate discovery and documentation. Lead optimization initiatives through experimentation and analytics to improve adoption and retention, defining success metrics for every release. Coordinate launches across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products
- Demonstrated success leading products from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization
- Strong experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and product documentation
- Experience managing REST APIs or developer-focused products with a strong understanding of API design, integrations, and documentation
- Experience working in Agile product development environments using Jira
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to prioritize work, measure outcomes, and inform product decisions
- A calm, confident communicator who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
- Naturally curious, customer-focused, and comfortable challenging assumptions to find better solutions
- Excellent collaboration, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within payments, FinTech, financial infrastructure, or adjacent industries
- Familiarity and curiosity with AI-powered productivity tools
- Experience using Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Work to improve product management workflows and team productivity
