Job Summary
Product Manager for RethinkBH focused on AI-enabled healthcare workflow improvements across ABA practices, education, caregiving, and workplace wellbeing. Drive product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlogs; own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration. Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver scalable, AI-assisted solutions; leverage AI tooling to prototype and validate user experiences; define ROI-driven business cases; track adoption, outcomes, and metrics; manage stakeholder alignment and product P&L for sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management in healthcare or related domain
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
- Experience with APIs (FHIR and HL-7 if possible)
- Background in developing Healthcare Practice Management and EMR solutions
- ABA Experience strongly preferred
