Job Summary
Product Manager for RADAR's platform or shopper-facing surface, owning platform integration APIs, data contracts, and reliability, while also shaping the shopper analytics and ML-driven features that translate real-time inventory data into in-store outcomes. Lead cross-functional work with engineering, data science, deployment operations, and commercial teams; define roadmaps, onboarding tooling, and integration standards for retailer deployments; drive metrics like conversion rate, shrink reduction, and experience-level KPIs through hardware-software-enabled sensing and enterprise software delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- 5+ years in a product management role
- Demonstrated ownership of a technical B2B product with platform/API/integration scope
- Experience taking data-driven or ML-adjacent features from problem definition to production
- Ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and discuss system design with engineering
- Strong written communication; produces clear, self-contained specs and decision documents
- Track record of operating independently across multiple concurrent workstreams
