Job Summary
Articulate business requirements for the core Reputation Management platform and conduct market research through ongoing engagements with customers and non-customers. Provide actionable guidance to Engineering with clear prioritization of development efforts based on solving customer pain points and well-defined success metrics. Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers and developers to review solution designs, create developer-facing work products, and present high-quality customer-facing deliverables such as user stories and designs. Focus on data-driven decision making and evangelize the product vision through effective communication. Join a team supporting Fortune 1000 companies and major automotive OEMs with a hybrid schedule of in-person attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years years in product management with a track record for launching successful enterprise SaaS products, and managing them over multiple releases
- BS/BA in business or technical field
- Highly articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- The ideal candidate will possess a drive and passion for enabling high quality customer experiences
- You'll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week
