Job Summary
Develops and implements marketing programs for wound care products, including launch plans for new or revised products, pricing strategy, and strategies to increase market share and profitability. Maintains an active field travel schedule to meet with customers, sales personnel, vendors, inventors, and consultants; coordinates and assists with in-house sales training; supports clinical studies as needed; and plans five-year strategies to support injectable drug initiatives. Collaborates with engineering to establish priorities, oversees product group profitability, and contributes to promotional events such as conferences and trade shows. Requires 5+ years in the wound care industry, a 4-year degree, HIPAA knowledge, strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to travel domestically 50-60% (with rare international travel)."
Required Qualifications
- Completed 4 year college degree
- 5+ years Wound care industry experience in product development marketing strategies and project management
- Understanding of HIPAA and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Ability to travel domestically, as required 50-60% of the time - rare international travel to Netherlands area
