Job Summary
Product Manager (Remote) leading emissions-control SCR systems for reciprocating engines. Drives technical development and product strategy, coordinates design for SCR reactors, reagent handling, injection, controls, and ancillary equipment; develops product sizing tools and estimating methodologies; prepares technical proposals and supports customer bids and tenders; reviews instrumentation and emissions monitoring components; supports installation, commissioning, warranty, retrofit, and aftermarket activities; collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, project management, and sales to improve product performance, quality, manufacturability, and market growth. North America-focused with opportunity for scalable growth; strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and technical documentation skills required. CAD/CAE experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience with SCR systems for reciprocating internal combustion engines
- Strong knowledge of emissions control systems, reagent systems, exhaust flow, reactor design, and industrial process systems
- Experience working within industrial manufacturing, EPC, power generation, or heavy industrial environments
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions and mentor internal teams
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills
- CAD and CAE experience is a plus
