Job Summary
Product Manager for a remote-first healthcare platform at Availity. Own product outcomes from problem definition through delivery and iteration for mission-critical, technically complex products; set clear direction by synthesizing customer needs, market dynamics, data, and business context; lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, sales, marketing) without formal authority; drive execution in ambiguity, ramp into new domains, and communicate decisions to senior leaders. Emphasis on expanding to new customers (including API strategy), growth of payer-provider workflows, and enhancing the developer experience and platform foundations to enable long-term growth; collaboration across a healthcare tech ecosystem with a focus on building scalable APIs, data platforms, and workflow solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Over 3 years of product management experience
- Experience within the healthcare space highly preferred
- Proven experience launching and scaling technology-driven products or platforms
- Ownership and track record of delivering platform capabilities (APIs, data platforms, workflow platforms)
