Job Summary
Develop and execute product roadmaps for the Refrigeration Controls portfolio, managing the full lifecycle from concept to end-of-life. Define product requirements based on customer, market, and business needs while gathering feedback to identify enhancements. Manage product profitability, support business case development, and define positioning to drive commercialization and go-to-market activities. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption across Europe. Create technical and commercial sales enablement materials and maintain accurate product documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Engineering, Product Management, Technical Sales, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Knowledge of electronics, controls, or embedded systems
- Strong interest in technology and product development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and gain alignment across multiple functions
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with refrigeration applications, controls, or food service equipment
- Background as an Electronics Engineer, Application Engineer, or Technical Sales professional
- Product management experience within industrial, refrigeration, HVAC, or controls industries
- Understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and customer applications
- Experience working with international and cross-functional teams
