Job Summary
Hands-on, player/coach Product Manager leader for Redline Product Management, overseeing a team spanning Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Product Management. Owns and executes high-impact work including customer accounts/escalations, strategic deals/POCs, and priority product initiatives. Translates customer needs into clear product direction to drive revenue outcomes, customer success, and post-sale adoption. Role focuses 50% TAM & Customer Success, 30% Sales Engineering, 20% Product Management & People Leadership. Requires deep technical depth in low-latency trading tech and market data, ability to translate business needs into technical designs, and strong cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience leading or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams
- Strong knowledge of low-latency trading technology and/or market data and execution systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; JIRA/Confluence; Salesforce helpful
- Programming proficiency in C/C++ and/or Java; Linux; scripting (Python/shell)
