Product Manager - Recreational Products (P&C Insurance)

Job Summary
Product Manager for Residential P&C line leading end-to-end product strategy and delivery. Drives product initiatives across pricing, underwriting, and product development, translating LOB strategies into actionable requirements and enhancements. Manages state-level product reviews, determines rate needs to ensure profitability, and coordinates with Sales, Actuarial, Underwriting, Marketing, and other stakeholders to gain alignment on product decisions. Navigates regulatory and compliance standards, supports filings and updates, and maintains the product backlog while partnering with Deployment and Configuration teams. Collaborates cross-functionally to plan go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, and develop internal/external product communications and training materials. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel/MS Office, and experience in P&C product development/management with leadership capability; education includes a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA/CPCU/FCAS/AINS preferred). The role supports a hybrid work environment and is based in Amelia, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Statistics or similar field
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Product Development/Management; preferably in personal lines with a specialization American Modern product suite
- Sr. PM: 4+ Years Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Product Development/Management; preferably in personal lines with a specialization American Modern product suite
- Demonstrated leadership ability and successful P&L management
- MBA or similar advanced degree, CPCU and/or FCAS, AINS (preferred)
