Job Summary
Shape product vision and strategy to align with overall goals while developing and updating the roadmap based on customer feedback, market insights, and business objectives. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product planning, launches, and iterations. Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve the product, conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, and oversee the entire lifecycle from ideation to launch. Regularly update stakeholders on progress, roadblocks, and key decisions. This role involves driving innovation, translating customer needs into requirements, and participating in presales activities including workshops and quoting.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- Experience launching successful products and driving innovation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A strong understanding of the different Agile methodologies and when best to apply them throughout the product lifecycle
- Proficiency in product management software tools
- The ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality products
- Customer interaction experience, including C-level
- Experience with identifying the stakeholders involved in the decision-making process
- Experience in organizing and driving the Discovery and Definition phases
- Experience in presales activities (e.g. workshops, quoting)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience within product teams
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to drive product decisions
