Job Summary
Product Manager and R&D Lead for Client360 within JPMorgan Chase CIB focusing on spearheading and delivering innovative data solutions and processes. Drives discovery, ideation, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies to expand Client360 capabilities, improve client experience, and enhance operational performance. Collaborates with engineering, operations, and business teams to pilot and scale data-driven solutions, defines and monitors KPIs, mentors junior team members, and ensures regulatory compliance and risk management while translating insights from internal and third-party data into actionable, personalized client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering research and development initiatives, business projects, or transformation programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of R&D processes, business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics
- Experience with technology evaluation, data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management
- Experience in CRM systems, data analytics, and analytics projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with emerging technologies and best practices in research, business analytics and CRM
