Job Summary
Contribute to the strategy, development, and optimization of commercial platforms connecting Disney products with Guests, Travel Agents, and Sales teams. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Pricing, and Operations to support product development, launches, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights. Assist with full life-cycle development of technology-based products from ideation through delivery, including defining roadmaps, translating technical requirements, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Participate in solution testing, architecture considerations, and bug investigation to optimize frameworks for scalability and user experience. Create user personas, analyze metrics, and stay current with emerging technologies within the Travel Trade and Group Sales ecosystems. Required Qualifications
