Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for ShareFile's desktop and mobile applications, driving customer adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion. Deliver seamless cross-platform experiences for end users and external clients, focusing on secure content access, collaboration, and productivity. Serve as the voice of the customer by leveraging user feedback and data to generate actionable insights that achieve product goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to translate requirements into actionable specifications and ensure successful product launches. Engage with key stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong relationships while effectively communicating the product's value proposition internally and externally.
