Job Summary
Manage the backlog and roadmap for statistical calculation content, driving end-to-end delivery of interface development and integration services for internal customers. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, design, and operations teams while collaborating with technical leadership to maintain engineering roadmaps. Optimize technical workflows and resolve complex problems related to sports data operations and new feature integrations. Act as the primary contact for internal service inquiries regarding existing operations and necessary system updates.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Manager work and related methodologies, like Agile or other project management methods
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Sports Science, IT, Data science, or relevant experience in Product management
- Interest in Processes and Data delivery work
- Interest in Sports and understanding of sport rules
- AI driven mindset and potentially already first Interactions with tools like Cursor, Claude, etc.
- strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask in delivering work to high quality
- Excellent communication skills - you are able to get different stakeholders (Product Management, Development Teams, Architects, DevOps ...) on the same page and align people and strategy
- Be an energetic self-starter with the ability to take ownership, manage risk and be accountable for deliverables
- You are a team player with passion for leading through coaching and mentoring
- Process analysis, optimization and creation is important for you
- Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are required
