Product Manager, Product Platform

Product Manager for Product Platform to own the shared components and services that power Otter’s operating system. Responsibilities include driving the roadmap for identity and access management (authentication, roles/permissions, SSO, enterprise-grade security), scaling customer communications across SMS, email, and notifications with reliable analytics, leading platform experience improvements (navigation, shared UI components, shell performance, API reliability), and building internal support tooling (agent workflows, AI-enabled support, CSAT/feedback, logging). Collaborate with engineering, design, and security to deliver performant, reliable, and reusable platform services that accelerate Otter’s product teams.
