Job Summary
Determine goals and metrics for product launches driven by market research, industry trends, and customer feedback. Develop business cases, buyer personas, and go-to-market strategies while partnering with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to execute roadmaps and launch timelines. Analyze profitability, manage sales forecasts and budgets, and translate quantitative and qualitative data into product requirements for conceptualization and manufacturing. Serve as a subject matter expert for the product portfolio, maintaining competitive intelligence and analyzing market trends to drive development priorities. Manage the full lifecycle of temperature-controlled shippers and condition monitoring systems, including inventory coordination and sales enablement support. Based in the Irvine office, this role aligns with Cryoport's mission to enable certainty and precision in the life sciences supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Packaging, Engineering or Marketing related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in market research, product marketing/ product management/ product development, lifecycle management in the medical device or packaging space
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate knowledge in Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Intermediate knowledge in NetSuite
- Intermediate knowledge in Power BI
- Intermediate knowledge in Salesforce
- Intermediate knowledge in Pardot
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
