Product Manager - Procurement Interoperability & Contingent worker (f/m/x)

Job Summary
Own the product backlog for procurement interoperability, external workforce governance, and IR35 implementation across sourcing, supplier onboarding, statement of work, buying, invoicing, contracts, and risk controls. Translate regulatory, business, and operational requirements into user stories, business cases, and prioritized release plans, ensuring traceability from intake to determination, onboarding, payment, and offboarding. Drive solution design across procurement, human resources, and risk platforms by aligning data models, interfaces, approval flows, worker records, and control points for contingent workforce processes. Lead workshops with business, compliance, and technology teams to define target processes for worker classification, statement of work, supplier governance, onboarding, access management, and audit readiness. Support implementation, testing, rollout, and post-go-live stabilization for platform changes, including external workforce tools; manage change requests and cross-team projects through business-as-usual support.

- Ideally including SAP Fieldglass
