Job Summary
Product Manager for a Latin America-based role focused on a long-term project for a software client (CMMS/EAM/IIoT). Responsibilities include interviewing customers, translating insights into problem statements and opportunities, driving end-to-end feature development with engineering, owning features from concept to production, and shaping product plans with data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping with AI tools, designing AI-enhanced experiences (voice input, automated insights), building dashboards and funnels in Mixpanel, performing multi-source data analysis to guide roadmaps, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and GTM teams to communicate and leverage product value for the EHS offering. Potential for long-term localization in LATAM and collaboration with teams in the United States, with compensation in USD and long-term stability. Bonus points for CS/systems engineering degrees or experience with low-code/AI-assisted development environments. Long-term positions with PTO and opportunity to work with experienced engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Level of English
- 4+ years of experience in product management or a product-adjacent role
- Background in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products
- Hands-on experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building dashboards in Mixpanel or similar analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to run structured customer conversations and translate insights into product decisions
- High sense of ownership with a collaborative approach
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-iteration environments
- Curiosity and comfort using AI tools and workflows to support product development
- Interest in GTM activities, including product messaging, launch support, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams
