Job Summary
As a Product Manager for Power Supplies, you will lead the strategy and lifecycle management of power supply products, ensure robust adoption, and champion them in the North America market. You will build cross-functional relationships and analyze market needs to establish go-to-market plans.
Required Qualifications
- BSEE, BSME, or similar plus 5+ years of experience in related products and product management methods
- Able to travel out of state and country 20-30%
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at the same time
- Highly motivated self-starter with time management skills
- Ability to provide support at trade shows & promotional events
Desired Qualifications
- Technical and Commercial understanding of Power Supplies and Thermal Management products
- Experience conducting research, data analysis, planning, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking
- Understanding of Power Electronics, including AC/DC converter, DC/DC converter, DC/AC inverter, batteries, battery chargers, AC and DC Motor Drives
- Understanding of DC axial Fan, EC Fan, Liquid Cooling Solution, HPAM, Pump device, and solenoid products
- Effective presentation skills in front of customers
- Knowledge of sales tools, including slide deck for commercial training & customer-facing presentations
