Job Summary
Lead and execute the product vision for model serving across batch and real-time environments, creating a strategic roadmap with milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines to drive platform enhancements. Develop features to simplify deployment and serving of ML models with robust batch and real-time support via Kubernetes. Collaborate with stakeholders across businesses and functional groups to gather requirements, produce PRDs, and ship high-quality products that solve business needs. Drive the Model Development Lifecycle efficiency while enforcing governance and operational controls. Drive continuous innovation to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of the serving infrastructure and establish best practices for containerized model deployments using Kubernetes.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience
- proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in technology-driven environment
- experience delivering enterprise-scale ML platform solutions
- hands-on experience with Kubernetes-based systems for batch and real-time model serving
- strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- agile mindset with rapid prototyping and iteration
- experience defining product domain strategy and roadmap in complex organizations
- expertise in cloud computing architectures
